How Commissions Work

  • Register the opportunity. Submit your prospect to us directly. To qualify, it must be a genuinely new opportunity — not an existing ADS client or a deal already in our pipeline.
  • We validate it. Once we approve the registered opportunity, it becomes a qualifying transaction credited to you.
  • You get paid when the client does. Commissions start at 5% of gross sales (with additional commissions on some services) and are paid within 30 days of ADS receiving the client's payment.
  • It's a real agreement. Terms are governed by the ADS Sales Representative Agreement, which you sign when you join — so the commission structure is in writing, not a handshake.
